  • Seperate temperature zones (optional) to give an optimum temperature for gelato and granita and for a correct balance of temperature between cream and fruit bases.
  • It requires neither ventilation or defrosting. the gelato can be left in the ‘pozzetto’ for long periods.
  • Patented refrigeration system which gives a faster refrigeration recovery time and an equalization of temperature.
  • In the event of a power failure the gelato can be kept for long periods of time

Isa allows you to try those same emotions with the latest novelty created by the company for those lovers of gelato and ‘retro’ design. The name of this innovative model is ‘Il Gelataio’ a particular counter using pozzetti (basins) which take inspiration from an antique period, whilst maintaining a current style and trend. That is how innovation fuses with the past for a new concept in functional and decorative design, with the possibilty of moving the counter where it is more convenient also from an aesthetic point of view. Thanks to the swivelling castors which give ease of movement, it can be located, in fact, in gardens, on the beach, in a shopping centre, poolside, in a hotel, in the airport lounge.
