  • Seperate temperature zones (optional) to give an optimum temperature for gelato and granita and for a correct balance of temperature between cream and fruit bases.
  • It requires neither ventilation or defrosting. the gelato can be left in the ‘pozzetto’ for long periods.
  • Patented refrigeration system which gives a faster refrigeration recovery time and an equalization of temperature.
  • In the event of a power failure the gelato can be kept for long periods of time
